- Binational MEP
The Binational Migrant Education Program was developed to work with Mexico on issues related to the education of further the role that the OME plays in the coordination of activities among U.S. States that participate in programs with Mexican States to improve the continuity of educational for migrant students who migrate between the United States and Mexico. In an effort to promote educational continuity, participants in the BMEP meet annually for the purpose of improving the education of shared migrant students.

- Binational Transfer Document
The Binational Transfer Document contains academic information on migrant students. It is also used as a binational report card with educational enrollment information that allows migrant students moving to Mexico to be enrolled in their public school.
Documento de Transferencia Binacional
El Documento de Transferencia contiene la información académica sobre estudiantes migratorios binacionales. También se utiliza como tarjeta de calificaciones con información de matricula la cual permite al estudiante migratorio, que se muda a México, matricularse en su escuela pública local.
