Elementary (1-6) Secondary (7-9): The Binational Transfer Document is an outgrowth of Mexico’s National Education System. The transfer document contains academic information on binational migrant students. It is also used as a binational report card with educational enrollment information that allows migrant students moving to Mexico to be enrolled in their local public school, without delay, and in the grade which corresponds to their age and level of studies.

Elementaría (1-6) Secundaria (7-9): El Documento de Transferencia Binacional es el resultado del Sistema Educativo Nacional de México. El Documento de Transferencia contiene la información académica sobre estudiantes migratorios binacionales. También se utiliza como tarjeta de calificaciones con información de matricula la cual permite al estudiante migratorio, que se muda a México, matricularse en su escuela pública local, sin demora, y en el grado al cual corresponde su edad y nivel de estudios.

Sí ya tiene un nombre de usuario y codígo para el MSIS puede someterlo abajo de esta pagina para solicitar un Documento de Transferencia Binacional. Sí no tiene esta información y quisiera solicitar un codígo para tener acceso al Documento de Transferencia Binacional, favor de ver la siguiente forma.

Use the link above to verify the authenticity of the Binational Transfer Document you received. Simply click on the link and then type in the student's name, student ID and folio ID exactly as it appears on the transfer document. It will verify that student was issued that folio. If you do not see positive results, please call our office at 509-837-2712.

Simplemente oprimir el enlace y escribir el nombre y numero de folio del estudiante exactamente como aparece en el Docuemnto de Transferencia Binacional.
